Thank you for shopping with Pinkolor Store! We are committed to providing high-quality, handcrafted, and uniquely designed items. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refunds on Digital Products

Items such as embroidery designs or other digital downloads are non-refundable due to the nature of the product. Once delivered, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Returns for Physical Products

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The product arrived damaged
  • The product is defective upon delivery

You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item by emailing us at pinkolorstore@gmail.com or contacting us via WhatsApp at +91 63813 09270.

To process a return:

  • Provide your order number, photos of the product, and a short description of the issue.
  • We will respond within 48 hours with next steps.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Embroidery designs (digital items)
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customized or personalized items (e.g. calligraphy with names)
  • Hair accessories
  • Items used, worn, or damaged after delivery

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is approved and we receive the item in unused condition:

  • A full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • You will be notified via email once your refund is processed.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for the same item if it arrives damaged or defective. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement only if not yet shipped or downloaded. For digital products, once the file is sent, cancellation is not possible.
