- All product prices are listed in INR (₹) and may change without prior notice.
- We strive to display accurate product descriptions and images, but slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and handcrafted nature.
- For custom or personalized orders, additional charges and delivery time may apply.
3. Digital Products
- Embroidery designs and other downloadable items are delivered digitally to your provided email address.
- No refunds or returns are available for digital items.
- These files are for personal use only and may not be resold, shared, or redistributed.
4. Order & Payment
- Orders can be placed through our official channels: website, WhatsApp, Instagram, or email.
- Payments must be made in full before order processing. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and other listed payment methods.
- Once an order is placed, cancellation is only possible within 12 hours unless it has already been shipped or downloaded.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or confirmed via WhatsApp.
- Delivery time depends on location, availability, and order type. We aim to dispatch all physical items within 2–5 business days.
- Pinkolor Store is not responsible for courier delays or lost items due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6. Returns & Refunds

- No refunds on digital items and personalized/custom-made products.
- Physical products can be returned or exchanged only if damaged, defective, or incorrect.
